We are a small start-up cosmetic manufacturer who is committed to integrating environmental protection into all aspects of our business operations. We aim to promote eco-friendly cosmetic products as well as a sustainable shopping platform.
What is Veg & Veg UK’s product packaging Deposit-Return-Scheme?
There is a £1 deposit for product packaging included in the product unit price. Once the product is used up, the old packaging can be returned to your local stockist in exchange for £1 per unit as long as the old packaging is in a complete (full set) and reusable condition.
As soon as any customer/stockist has12 or more units of the old packaging, please let us know so that we can arrange for them to be collected free of charge. The returned old packaging can also be deemed as credit towards any new purchase.
Why do we reuse product packaging?
Statistics show that reusing packaging only releases approximately 15% of carbon emissions comparing with manufacturing new packaging.
Why do we encourage traditional face-to-face retail transaction?
Face-to-face retail transaction reduces the number of parcels delivered by the courier, so that the packing and delivery related carbon footprints can be saved.
Why do we use black and grey colours on our labels?
Black and grey inks have the least environmental impacts comparing with other colour inks according to researches.

How to use our toothpaste?
You may use a teaspoon or a small table knife to scoop up the toothpaste and apply it onto your toothbrush.
Why do we have both single products and dozen products pack available on our online shop?
Individual items are ideal for customers seeking to experience our products for the first time (this choice will be exclusively offered through your local stockist in the future). The dozen-product pack serves as a bulk purchase option, with discount on the unit price.
